Setting up BCO

To set up BCO for your company, a few steps must be taken. For this, see the article Set up BCO Step-by-Step. MKG has a number of tables and modules that help you with this:

1. You can assess the price structure set up in MKG in the Administration Settings.
2. In the table BCO Administration you fill in the workable days and hours.
3. In the module G/L Budgets you add your budgets to g/l accounts.
4. In the table BCO Labour Costs you enter the labour costs per employee.
5. In the table BCO Operation Budgets you budget all your direct and indirect operations.
6. In the module BCO Occupation and Coverage Plan you first link all employees to all operations based on hours and labor costs, and then divide the other operating costs over the operations.

Monitoring budgets via dashboards

The module BBO Dashboards contains a number of standard dashboards that allow you to monitor your budgets. For this, see the article BCO Budget Control Step-by-Step.

1. The dashboard BCO Coverage and Occupancy Monitoring (8000) can be used to monitor the extent to which the entered budgets match the realized direct hours, the man-machine ratio and the cover.
2. The purpose of the dashboard BBO Exploitation Plan (8001) is to gain insight into the budgeting of operations in BCO.
3. The dashboard BCO Employee Plan (8002) provides insight into which employees are included in the BCO labour costs and provides an overview of wage costs, social security costs and the net rate.
4. The dashboard BBO Man-hours Monitor (8003) can be used to monitor the extent to which the budgets set match the hours worked by your employees.
