This dashboard can be found in the module Production Dashboards

. If the 'Dashboard' form isn't already open, you can do that by clicking the hamburger menu at the top right of the screen, select the 'Forms' option and then click on 'Dashboard'. Within the form, the dashboard can be accessed by clicking the Views button and select Hour Analysis Employees (8005).

Parameters

• Periode from: the period in which hours are booked.
• Periode until: the period in which hours are booked.

Details

The values are built up by categorizing the booked hours that have been definitively processed, based on the hour type. The following hour types are considered:

• 1. Direct hour type
• 4. No cost entry (indirect)
• 5. No cost entry (absent)

 

Productivity
Productivity is a value determined by comparing direct hours to indirect hours. In this calculation, direct hours are divided by the total of direct and indirect hours combined.

Hour Efficiency
The hour efficiency is determined by making a comparison between the total number of hours present and the total number of hours booked. In this calculation, both direct and indirect hours are divided by the total number of hours booked.

Per Period
The 'Per Period' tab displays both values per employee based on the periods. This allows for an examination of the progression of productivity and hour efficiency per employee.
