This dashboard can be found in the module My Dashboards

. Add a new dashboard here and select Sales as document and select Debtors Budget Control (8013) as dashboard. The dashboard is then added to the list.

 

Parameters

  • Fiscal Year from: the fiscal year from which the dashboard retrieves data.
  • Fiscal Year until: the fiscal year up to and including when the dashboard retrieves data.
  • Period from: the period from which the dashboard retrieves data.
  • Period until: the period up to and including when the dashboard retrieves data.
  • Show Debtors: determine which debtors should be included in the analysis.

 

Details

If no fiscal year or period is specified, this dashboard retrieves the current fiscal year.

In the graph on the left, the debtors (sorted based on Budget from high to low) are shown with their budget and invoiced value over the selected period. The graph on the right then sets out the budgets and invoiced value over time based on the selection on the left.
