Where in MKG?

This dashboard can be found in the module Productie Dashboards

. If the 'Dashboard' form isn't already open, you can do that by clicking the hamburger menu at the top right of the screen, select the 'Forms' option and then click on 'Dashboard'. Within the form, the dashboard can be accessed by clicking the Views button and select PC-AC Employee Hours (8010).

Parameters

• Date from: the date from when the production order line of the operation becomes physical.
• Date until: the date up to and including the production order line of the operation becomes physical.
• PC on operations with multiple employees: this parameter displays actual costing lines for which various employees have clocked on the pre-calculation:
  • based on factor AC hours: if several employees have clocked in the pre-calculation, the PC time is divided per employee in proportion to the share that they have clocked in the actual calculation.
  • Exclude: if several employees have clocked on the pre-calculation, this will be excluded from the analysis.

Details

If an actual calculation is clocked that is not linked to a pre-calculation, it will not be included in the analysis, as this AC time cannot be compared.
