New Setting: Log Out of Inactive Session after [ ] Hour

With the new setting 'Log out of inactive session after [ ] hour' it is now possible to configure automatic logout after a certain number of hours. This allows another user to take over your session if needed.

Example
There is 1 MKG Office license, and there are 2 users:

1. User 1 starts MKG.
2. User 1 remains inactive for X hours.
3. User 2 attempts to log in and takes over the session from User 1.
4. User 1 tries to log in again and receives the message: "The number of user licenses has been exceeded."
