Material Issue: new module in Smart Client Shop Floor

In the new module Material Issue it is possible to issue materials for non-clocked production orders. By selecting a production order (and possibly a sub-assembly), a list is displayed with the materials from the pre-calculation. A material line can be issued using the button Material Issue.

The operation of the Material Issue button depends on the type of material line:

• Description line or item without Closed Lot Registration the material line is being backflushed.
• Item with Closed Lot Registration, but without an existing reservation a pop-up appears, in which a lot (and possibly a location) must be selected.
• Item with Closed Lot Registration and with an existing reservation a pop-up appears, showing the existing reservation that may can be adjusted (for example, more or less can be spent).

Using the Extra material button, unlinked material can be added to the actual costs. For this it is necessary to select both a production order and a sub-assembly. Depending on the item, an item, lot and location must be selected in the pop-up. The module can also be opened by scanning a barcode from the Overview; the production order and the sub-assembly are filled automatically.
