Where in MKG?

This dashboard can be found in the module Debtors

. If the 'Dashboard' form isn't already open, you can do that by clicking the hamburger menu at the top right of the screen, select the 'Forms' option and then click on 'Dashboard'. Within the form, the dashboard can be accessed by clicking the Views button and select Debtor Analysis All Fiscal Years (8002).

Parameters

• Threshold too early: the maximum number of days that a delivery may be early before it is marked as 'Early'. Applies to the table and the 'Delivery reliability' tab.
• Threshold too late: the maximum number of days that a delivery may be late before it is marked as 'Late'. Applies to the table and the 'Delivery reliability' tab.
• Including weekend days: if this option is checked, weekends are included when determining the number of days that the actual delivery date deviates from the planned delivery date. Applies to the table and the 'Delivery reliability' tab.

Details

This dashboard retrieves data for all fiscal years. This means that this dashboard can take a long time to load if run for a debtor who is a long-time customer.

The column Due date in the 'Outstanding items debtors' table on the 'Payments' tab is supplemented with an orange circle with an exclamation mark if the due date is today and a red circle with a cross if the due date is in the past .
