This dashboard can be found in the module BCO Dashboards

. If the 'Dashboard' form isn't already open, you can do that by clicking the hamburger menu at the top right of the screen, select the 'Forms' option and then click on 'Dashboard'. Within the form, the dashboard can be accessed by clicking the Views button and select BCO Exploitation Plan (8001).

 

Parameters

• Grouping based on: with this parameter, you can choose on which field data should be grouped in the dashboard. A value of 1 groups data by hour type, and a value of 2 groups data by operation group.

 

Details

The exploitation plan provides a schematic overview of the budgeted hours, divided into two blocks. In the first block, the hours are divided per operation group. If you then click on an operation group, a detailed overview per operation is displayed in the block below.

In the 'Summary' tab, the budgeted expenses are displayed in a clear manner. The budgeted expenses show the minimum revenue you need to cover costs and make a profit. You can create this budget for internal use or for external financiers:

• Net Rate: the rate used for calculation.
• Billable Rate: the rate at which you sell.
• BCO Net Rate: rate calculated based on BCO.

In the 'Groups' and 'Operations' tables, the Dev. Rate field is colored red if the net rate deviates more than 1 from the BCO rate.
