Where in MKG?

This dashboard can be found in the Items

module. If the 'Dashboard' form isn't already open, you can do that by clicking the hamburger menu at the top right of the screen, select the 'Forms' option and then click on 'Dashboard'. Within the form, the dashboard can be accessed by clicking the Views button and select Inventory over Time (8000).

Parameters

• Date to: the date until when the dashboard shows data and calculates the inventory level.
• Exclude forecast orders: if this option is checked, forecast orders are not included in determining future inventory.

Details

In the 'Lot Changes' table, orders belonging to the backlog are shown with an orange circle with an exclamation mark. Forecast orders are given the colour of the module to which they belong in the table; green for Sales, red for Purchasing and blue for Production.

The colour of the bars in the 'Inventory Changes over Time' graph is determined by the module to which they belong. The backlog is shown in orange and forecast orders are shown in a lighter colour depending on the module they belong to.
