. If the 'Dashboard' form isn't already open, you can do that by clicking the hamburger menu at the top right of the screen, select the 'Forms' option and then click on 'Dashboard'. Within the form, the dashboard can be accessed by clicking the Views button and select Price Differences Analysis (8018).

Parameters

• Module: the module for which you want to view the price differences.
• From fiscal year: the fiscal year from which the dashboard shows data.
• Until fiscal year: the fiscal year up to and including when the dashboard shows data.
• From period: the period from which the dashboard shows data.
• Until period: the period up to and including when the dashboard shows data.

Details

Price differences can arise when financially reporting production orders as finished, which concerns an item with a fixed transfer price or when booking purchase invoices, which also concern an item with a fixed transfer price. Items with an actual transfer price without closed lot registration can also cause price differences if they are purchased or produced to stock.

This dashboard uses the term "Moment". Depending on the entered parameters, this represents a purchase moment or a production moment.

The graphs 'Price difference per moment' and 'Price difference per month' and the table 'Price difference per moment' show the price differences based on the item selected in the table 'Details' at the bottom of the screen.

In the graphs 'Price difference per moment' and 'Price difference per month' the 'Result pd' bars are colored, based on their value in relation to the fixed transfer price: if the value of a bar is higher than the fixed transfer price, it is colored red and if it is lower, it will be colored green. When both values are the same, the bar also turns green. It may happen that the bar turns red when the values are equal; this means that there are rounding differences.
