This dashboard can be found in the module My company

. If the 'Dashboard' form isn't already open, you can do that by clicking the hamburger menu at the top right of the screen, select the 'Forms' option and then click on 'Dashboard'. Within the form, the dashboard can be accessed by clicking the Views button and select Result Comparison 5 Years (8015).

Parameters

• From period: the period from which the dashboard shows data.
• Until period: the period up to and including when the dashboard shows data.
• Fiscal year 1 to 5: the fiscal years for which the dashboard shows data.
• Suppress G/L accounts with no balance and budget: if this option is checked, ledger accounts that do not have a balance and budget are suppressed and not included in the dashboard.

Details

The table shows a green or red triangle next to the figures per fiscal year. The icon indicates whether the result of that fiscal year is greater or less than the year before.
