Sales Quote: Administration Settings
This article describes the administration settings on the 'General' tab. This tab contains the settings for 'Pricing'.

The administration settings form the basis of MKG. From the numbering of orders to the course of processes, everything is determined by the administration settings. |
Pricing
- Material based on. The composition of the calculation recommended price for materials is default based on input prices. Other options: Net + Coverage + Calculation Surcharge, Recommended Prices and Current Rates.
- Sales Quote Operation Price based on. The composition of the calculation recommended price for operations is default based on input prices. Other options: Net + Coverage + Calculation Surcharge, Recommended Prices and Current Rates.
- Always auto-refresh Recommended Price. The recommended price is always filled and adjusted to the quote, if it has been recalculated by means of a new calculation, for example.
- Don't Change Grosse Price from Status. This allows you to determine at which point in the process the gross price of a sales quote is no longer automatically changed.
- Execute Offering for all lines. This ensures that the Offer action is always carried out simultaneously for all lines of a quote. If not checked, lines can be offered separately.

Choices for settings are made and recorded during the implementation process. Changes in this can have far-reaching consequences. Therefore, only make changes under the guidance of an MKG consultant or the MKG Helpdesk. Authorization of the administration settings is recommended so that no unexpected changes can occur without the knowledge of the system administrator. |
