Sales quotation: statuses and actions

This article describes the administration settings on the 'Status and actions' tab. On this tab you will find the standard configuration of the status-and-action model of the sales quotation.

The administration settings form the basis of MKG. From the numbering of orders to the course of processes, everything is determined by the administration settings.

  • Statuses. This column contains the possible resource statuses that the lines go through within the process.
  • Actions. This column contains the possible status-dependent actions that can be performed.
  • Status. The target status is the result of an action performed.
  • Memo. Selection field for making it obliged, optional or not to fill in the user memo.
  • User memo. Text field to fill in.

Choices for settings are made and recorded during the implementation process. Changes in this can have far-reaching consequences. Therefore, only make changes under the guidance of an MKG consultant or the MKG Helpdesk. Authorization of the administration settings is recommended so that no unexpected changes can occur without the knowledge of the system administrator.
