G/L Account Result Comparison (8011)

On the left side of this dashboard, you'll see the data fields at the top of the dashboard. The displayed data in the dashboard is based on this information:

• From period ... to period ...
• Fiscal year
• Previous fiscal year
• General ledger accounts with no balance

Using the parameter icon, you can modify the period data and choose whether to display g/l accounts with no balance. The fiscal year is based on the active fiscal year.

At the bottom left of the dashboard, you can show or hide different sections in the dashboard by toggling the checkboxes.

On the right side, you'll see the dashboard with the g/l accounts. Within this, there is a grid that displays the following columns for each general ledger number:

• General ledger number and description
• Period budget
• Period balance
• Previous fiscal year balance
• Current year - Budget
• Current year - Previous year
