The fields under 'Declaration' on the 'Financial' tab now bear the label 'VAT/ICP processing in' and 'VAT/ICP processing per'

The fields under 'Declaration' on the 'Financial' tab now bear the label 'VAT/ICP processing in' and  'VAT/ICP processing per'. Previously, it was not specified that this also applied to VAT processing.
