Material Issue was sometimes at 0, while material was actually received

It could happen that the quantity was 0 when issuing materials, while material was actually received. This was due to the interim addition of an item to a purchase order that was linked to the production order. As a result, in some situations the correct link could not be made with the quantity and the unit.
