Coverage and Occupancy Monitoring (8000): new text blocks on the 'Monitoring hours' tab

In the standard dashboard Coverage and Occupancy Monitoring (8000), two text blocks have been added to the 'Hours Monitoring' tab that show the total percentage deviation in man- and machine-hours compared to the budgets.
