ICS file added to final appointment confirmation email

When an activity is scheduled as final, all users and participants involved receive the confirmation by email. An ICS file has now been added to this email, with which you can import the appointment to your digital calender. An ICS file works in various calendars, such as Microsoft Outlook, Google Calendar and Apple iCal.
