Cannot connect to the application server. MKG cannot be started.

If you receive the above message when starting the regular Windows client, we have listed a few things below that you can do yourself before needing to contact MKG.

Check if you are the only one in the company experiencing this issue. If so, verify that your internet or other network applications are still working. In case of internet or network problems, you can contact your own system administrator. A new client setup might also help. You can do this yourself or have it done by your system administrator. For the clouds, we have a standard guide (Click here). If you have your own server, your company has also received its own installation instructions to follow. If all your colleagues have the problem and you are working in a cloud environment, there might be a network and/or internet outage or otherwise a problem with the clouds. In case of a cloud problem, we will post a notification on our support center as soon as possible with the necessary information (Click here). In case of internet or network problems, you can contact your own system administrator.
