SCSN Integration (Supplydrive)

On the sales side, orders are imported and, if necessary, validated. Order confirmation, packing slip and invoice can then be sent. Price agreements and material certificates can also be exchanged. Orders are sent on the purchasing side, after which confirmations are imported and purchase invoices including automatic line matching are processed. Item price agreements, material certificates and purchasing packing slips can be processed with a number of suppliers.

The connection

By connecting to the SCSN network, you are registered in the SCSN address book via the GLN number assigned to you. This allows you to communicate with all companies that are also registered in the address book.

Order data is exchanged at line level and can therefore be matched automatically. MKG offers the option to validate sales orders for deviations, such as item, price, description, drawing and revision. This prevents errors during input and you are automatically alerted to any deviations, without having to read the entire order and manually compare it with your own ERP data.

This not only saves you time, but you can also process order data in a controlled manner.

• Customer registration in the SCSN network by Supplydrive.
• Access to a server at the customer via Supplydrive cloud agent for the purpose of placing documents and files.
• Export and import scripts and SCSN layouts for the desired message flows, set up by Supplydrive.
