How to Print Reports
Operation of MKG

The Preview
Various modules have the option to show a preview on the screen. Using the button of the same name
at the top of the button bar you turn the preview on and off. Once opened, you can use the mouse cursor to (manually) determine the desired size. Once the position is known in the relevant module, MKG will automatically save the current setting at user level. To make optimal use of your data entry screen, you can move the preview display entirely to a second screen. To do this, click on the ‘Pop-out’ (top right of the preview itself).
The purpose of the preview is to quickly and easily check entered data before the report is shared - for example via e-mail - with external parties. The preview can also be made larger or smaller by zooming in or out. In the preview it is also possible to set the data to be refreshed. There are two options:
- Follow Current Line: as soon as the input on a line is changed, this is immediately reflected in the example.
- Follow Changes: only after saving the changes the example is updated (this can be useful if an order contains a large number of lines, which means that refreshing per line takes too much time and slows down the example).
To select (other) reports, select the correct report that needs to be printed or viewed in the preview view via the Reports button. As soon as multiple reports are opened in the preview, they will be displayed at the bottom as separate ‘tabs’ so you can easily switch between the reports. Use the ‘cross’ to close a report in preview. This can be reopened at any time.
Print reports
Printing a document is easy via the preview of the module. At the top of the preview button bar you will find two buttons:
- Print: by using this option you open a screen where the correct printer, tray, color and other print settings can be selected.
- Quick Print: the job is sent directly to the default printer of this workplace and printed (there are no options here).

The My Company module
Provided you are authorized to do so, you can easily consult and (possibly) print many additional reports from the My Company module. In this module you will find the default reports from MKG. These have a numbering starting with number ‘8’. Any company-specific reports are also shown here, with numbering starting from ‘1’ ascending.
Open the module and click on the preview icon at the top to open it on the screen. Then make a selection from the list of reports that appears.
